Wow, was I ever impressed with Eva Walker's performance. After interviewing Eva, and one other very high profile agent for our building I initially had a very difficult time deciding on which agent would be the best for us. The other agent's office was closer, and his portfolio was impressive since he had listed many units in the past at 75 and 85 Emmett Ave. However, what impressed me about Eva was her willingness to work with me and carry out the sale of the unit as a team.
