We were quite negative in our expectations because in the past two years we had tried twice to sell our home, both times with other brokers and both times the same result. Our outlook was skeptical to say the least when Eva and Richard came knocking at our door. With gentle persistence they encouraged us to try again. This time it really was different! Rather than making promises they couldn't keep, Eva and Richard set to work contacting other agents and possible buyers from day one. Our home was advertised on television, in newspapers and real estate papers. Within the first week of listing, an offer was presented to us. We could not agree on terms, but our agents went back to work seeking a better offer on our behalf. We were kept informed and updated at all times regarding what was happening around us and when an acceptable offer came, we were confident to take it. In short, we felt that Eva and Richard did everything possible to procure the best price for our home.
